Founded in 2003, Tianjin Baishan Electric bicycle Co., LTD., formerly known as Shenyang Baishan Bicycle Factory, was founded in 1936. The company has a long and glorious history of development. In memory of Mr. Xiao Dao, founder of Bai Shan Bicycle Factory, Mr. Wang Fengwei, founder of Tianjin Bai Shan electric bicycle Co., LTD., established the brand "Xiao Dao" in 2003. Now the company has a small island, white mountain another independent brand, mainly operating small island brand electric bicycles. Tianjin factory covers an area of more than 20 mu, with advanced production and testing equipment, with an annual capacity of more than 300,000 vehicles. After 18 years of hard work, the company has perfected its products. quality management system certification. The company attaches great importance to the cultivation of talents and was rated as a science and technology enterprise by Tianjin Municipal People's Government in 2012. At the same time, the company takes social responsibility as its own responsibility, and was listed as a key supporting enterprise (Shuangwanshuang Service enterprise) in Tianjin in 2019.
2019 is the first year for China to implement the new NATIONAL standard for electric bicycles (GB17761-2018), and also the first year for electric bicycles to change from production license management to CCC compulsory certification management, which is undoubtedly of epoch-making significance for electric bicycles nationwide. The company is now well prepared. On October 9, 2018, the company obtained the CCC certificate for electric bicycle products issued by China Quality Certification Center (CQC). Up to now, the company has obtained THE CCC certificate for 13 products.
In 2019, it declared 20 independent patents. So far, 20 patent certificates have been obtained.
